A Magical Night of Disney Music& Animation 迪士尼经典音乐视听音乐会

R&F公主湾歌剧院青年交响管乐团总部设于马来西亚新山，于2025年3月正式成立。乐团由R&F公主湾歌剧院主办，并与新山Pertubuhan Peminat Muzik Johor Bahru联合筹办，由黄英豪博士担任艺术总监，谢焕平先生担任执行总监。

本团以培育高水平管乐演奏者为核心使命，致力于成为马来西亚青年艺术教育的新标杆。通过整合世界级音乐与教育资源，乐团提供系统且专业的培训架构，助力年轻一代在艺术修养和音乐素养上全面成长。

在这里，团员们不仅提升乐器演奏技巧，更深入理解“全方位管弦乐演奏者”的真正意义。他们参与丰富的演出经验、主题工作坊、大师班以及国际交流活动，拓展国际视野，同时丰富艺术发展之路，朝着多元与专业的音乐生涯迈进。

这是一个充满热情与凝聚力的团队。每一次排练，都展现出团员们对音乐的热忱与严谨态度。他们共同追求音乐的和谐与表现的极致，用每一个音符散发出青春独有的能量与光彩。

R&F Princess Cove Opera House Youth Symphonic Band, based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, was officially established in March 2025. The band is organized by the R&F Princess Cove Opera House, in collaboration with the Pertubuhan Peminat Muzik Johor Bahru, with Dr. Ng Eng Hao serving as Artistic Director and Mr. Sia Huan Ping as Executive Director.

With its core mission of nurturing high-level wind instrument performers, the ensemble aims to become a new benchmark in youth arts education in Malaysia. By integrating world-class music and educational resources, the program offers a systematic and professional training framework that promotes artistic growth and enhances musical literacy among Malaysian youth.

Here, members gain a deep understanding of what it means to be a “well-rounded orchestral musician.” Beyond refining their instrumental techniques, they engage in rich performance experiences, focused workshops, masterclasses, and international exchanges—broadening their global perspectives and enriching their artistic development as they move toward a diverse and professional music career.

This is a passionate and cohesive team. Each rehearsal reflects the members’ disciplined attitude and unwavering enthusiasm for music. Together, they pursue musical harmony and expressive excellence, radiating the unique energy and brilliance of youth through every note.
